As an Organization, Connect, Inc. strives to make an individual or family’s episode of homelessness a brief and non-recurring event in their lives.
Connect, Inc. strives to develop, operate, and coordinate health and social services for residents of Southwestern Pennsylvania, with a particular emphasis on combating the homeless epidemic.
What We Do
Since 1995, Connect, Inc. has provided housing and housing-related supportive services to homeless and near-homeless individuals, children, and families across Southwestern Pennsylvania.
We provide:
- Emergency Shelter Programs for families with children and homeless women in Washington and Westmoreland Counties.
- Rapid Rehousing, Transitional Housing, and Permanent Supportive Housing Programs in Washington, Greene, and Westmoreland Counties.
Connect, Inc. is proud to provide a continuum of homeless prevention and diversionary programming in addition to its client-focused housing case management services. Connect, Inc. is a trauma-informed agency that utilizes Housing First, Critical Time Intervention, Positive Youth Development, and Moving On, which are evidence-based and industry-recognized best practices.
How to Access Services
Are you homeless and in need of shelter?
Connect, Inc. serves individuals and families who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. If you need assistance and are experiencing homelessness or will become homeless within the next 14 days, you may qualify for a confidential assessment and referral.
